About this policy

Elevate Ecommerce is a product of Elevate Cyber Solutions LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our commerce platform, store management tools and associated storefront services.

Merchants using Elevate also decide how to use customer information for their sales and customer service. Contact the relevant merchant about its products, orders and privacy practices.

Information we handle

Depending on the features you use, information may include your name, email address, profile image, account identifiers, store memberships and permissions; customer contact and delivery details; orders, payments, returns and store credit; saved preferences and vehicles; support messages and submitted files; and technical or activity records needed to operate and secure the service.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider, Clerk, provide account identification, email and basic profile information to create or link your Elevate account. We use this information to authenticate you and associate you with your existing account and store permissions.

Google sign-in requests OpenID, email and basic profile permissions. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google Contacts. You can review or remove the connection in your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not automatically delete your Elevate account or previous transactions.

How information is used

We process information to provide and maintain accounts, enforce store permissions, support purchases and store operations, record transactions, respond to requests, troubleshoot problems and protect the service. Information submitted to optional features, such as chat or messaging, is processed to provide those features.

Service providers and sharing

We use Clerk for authentication, Convex for backend processing and storage, and Vercel for application hosting. Payment, email, messaging and automation services may process information needed for the features enabled by a merchant. Authorized merchant staff can access customer and store information according to their permissions. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with legal obligations, address security incidents or protect legal rights. Contact us for information about providers relevant to your use of the platform.

Cookies and browser storage

The application and its providers use cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in, session management, preferences and shopping functionality. You can control browser storage through your browser settings; blocking it may prevent these features from working.

Retention and your choices

Retention depends on the purpose of the record, merchant requirements and applicable obligations. Closing an account does not necessarily remove transaction, audit or backup records. Contact us to ask about retention or to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the relevant merchant before acting on a request. Applicable law may provide additional rights.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other account secrets in a privacy request.
